Your first visit is about understanding your situation before anything else. It runs about 30 minutes, and there's no pressure and no commitment beyond the visit itself.
What happens, step by step
We talk through your history
Your health background, what's brought you in, and what you're hoping to get out of care. This is a conversation, not a form-filling exercise.
A postural and physical assessment
A look at how you're moving and holding yourself, plus a physical and neurological assessment so your chiropractor understands your situation properly.
We discuss what suits you
Based on the assessment, your chiropractor talks you through whether chiropractic care is appropriate for you, and what a plan might look like. If it's not the right fit, we'll tell you that too.
You decide where to go from here
If ongoing care suits you, the membership takes over from your next visit. If you'd rather think it over, that's completely fine — there's no lock-in.
What to bring
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. If you have any relevant scans, reports, or referrals, bring them along — but don't worry if you don't have any. Bring your private health fund card if you'd like to claim, as receipts are issued after each visit.
